Qualifications
- At least 1 year of NBN Technical Support experience in a BPO environment
- Australian Telco experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experience using CRM and ticketing systems
- Adaptable to changing customer needs and market trends
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and service excellence
- Passion for continuous learning and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Responsibilities
- Provide NBN technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service
- Manage tickets, documentation, and customer records using CRM tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes
- Communicate solutions clearly and professionally across all channels
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Handle NBN-related concerns with urgency and attention to detail
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Support ad-hoc tasks and operational requirements as needed
